IZZIE HOOKS-ROGERS (vocals)

 

 

She's always been a mistress to the notes. she loves music, it's her passion, her stress relief, her all. Wife of Marshall, she deals with a whole bunch of shit.

 

Fourteen years old, She aqcuired her first instrument- a Johnson P-style bass which she called Ralphie, and a little 10 watt practice amp for christmas. She liked to thump around on it. At sixteen, she got her second bass, a Gretsch Electromatic short-scale that she called Lynn. Both of her basses are now dead. may they rest in peace.

 

Seventeen years old, she discovered Nightwish/Tarja Turunen, her biggest influence. She started training herself to sing. She always thought she sucked, but everyone she sang around thought she was great.

 

Twenty six years old, she met Marshall via craigslist. they pretty much instantly hit it off. 

 

She can play bass, and a few chords on guitar, but really the only neck we can get her hands around now is Marshall's.
